MINAPI

MINAPI - New innovative method of generating maskless 3D nanosurfaces used in industrial applications of high precision

Field of activity - Information and communication technology, new materials and technologies testing for nanostructures and integrated circuits at nano scale.

The MINAPI project is focused on combining technological capabilities about generating maskless nanostructures, based on hundreds of electron spot beams, with a range smaller than 10 nm, technology which works at the same time with nanoprinting technologies for 3D rapid manufacturing on big surfaces (masks/patterns with one plate dimensions) in different materials. In particular, 3D design PMLP info (Projection Mask-Less Patterning) can be directly transferred on almost every surface materials on the substrate and then multiplied (cost efficient) by UV and thermal printing.

The project objectives are very good induced, addressing to some market segments with high value and with rapid increase potential. These segments are represented by: electronics, energy, biotechnology and the photonic field. In this way the MINAPI project will have a direct contribution in creating new oportunities both national and european level, in mentioned fields.

The MINAPI project will develop and evaluate new technologies with unique relcatlessness for maskless nanoprinting and without rezist for 2D and 3D surfaces. Through hybrid approaches and processing at nanostructure of a wide range of materials, MINAPI project ensure a necessary convergence of nanotechnologies and in the same time, will improve the quality and fiability of 2D and 3D structuring processes.
